Always. We come out, walk the property, measure, and give you a written quote — no charge, no obligation. We believe you should know the real number before making any commitment.
The main factors are material type, total linear footage, number and style of gates, terrain (slope, tree roots, rocky soil), and current material costs. Our estimator tool gives you a ballpark, but the on-site visit is always most accurate.
We require a 50% deposit upon signing to schedule your project and order materials. The remainder is due upon completion when you're satisfied with the work.
Vinyl and aluminum hold up the best in Indiana's freeze-thaw cycles with very low maintenance required. Cedar performs very well if stained regularly. We don't recommend untreated pine for privacy fencing in this climate.
Cedar fences last 15–25 years with proper care (staining every 2–3 years). Pressure-treated pine lasts 10–15 years. Vinyl and aluminum can last 20–50 years.

Yes. We provide a 20-year workmanship warranty on our installations. Material defects are covered by the manufacturer's warranty — we'll walk you through the specifics at project completion.
Apply a quality exterior wood stain or sealant every 2–3 years. Let the fence dry completely after installation before first staining. Clear debris from the base to prevent moisture retention.
